On August 1, 2022, we found out that my beautiful, godly, loving and all-around amazing bride, had stage 4 cervix cancer. Although we trust God's providence in all of this, and although we know with certainty, we will one day be in His presence where, "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away," it's still a hard journey.

We put this GoFundMe page together in response to the many people who have asked how they coud help our family in this difficult medical and financial time. Thank you all who have asked for a way to help and who HAVE helped along the way.

The financial need is big and growing. We spend $13,000 on treatment per week. We have been receiving treatment with my Integrative Oncologist since October. It's been a total of 16 weeks (give or take). Up till now (Feb 6), we have known where our funds are coming from. Now, in all transparency, we don't.

As our home residence is in Texas, but we have been relocated back to California, house hopping between homes offered by some of our dearest friends. We are confident this is the right treatment for Jeanette. We also earnestly believe that the full dose chemo conventional oncology offers would have killed her. Even this low dose treatment is so hard on her body. This journey is sapping our storehouse of energy and financial supply, but our hope is in Jesus, our savior and redeemer. Our prayer from the very beginning has been, "Lord, we know you CAN heal Jeanette. We are praying and believing that you WILL heal her. But no matter what happens, we will forever praise you."

Sage has some old friends here that she plays with regularly. What a blessing to have supportive families surround us. We have a tutor working with her for reading skills and she sees this season as such an adventure. Growing closer with daddy every day, she seems to be thriving amidst the storm.

This is an urgent request. Insurance may help a minimal amount, but reimbursments won't come in for months.

We can find a way to accept money from Donor Advised Funds and are welcoming any information on private Foundations we can apply to or grants to apply for.
